EXS-24?

Is there a way to fully access EXS-24 samples in anything Windows? I happened to pick up a collection of EXS sounds which works somewhat fitfully in Kontakt. Is there a cheap Windows-based sample playback unit, hopefully cheap, that works with ESX-24?
