"Export Audio, SoundCloud" does not work

None of the options to upload directly to SoundCloud work. Not FLAC and not CD Quality (WAV). I get an "Unable to Launch 'SundCloud - [format]' encoder" error. Followed by, "Warning: The External Error returned an error code. The File may not have encoded properly.

I saw other threads about problems uploading directly to SoundCloud, but there is no libsnd file in my Cakewalk folders, so the fix of adding comment lines doesn't work. Bouncing tracks to a single track and then exporting that doesn't work, either.
