Cloning a track in a folder stays in the folder!!!

Don't know when this fix happened but in the past, if you cloned the last track in a folder, it would appear outside of the folder, below it.
Now it works correctly!

    I think I remember the odd functionality at one time being described as a "feature". I guess it would be little awkward to call attention to "fixing" it.
