New idea -Convert Track Folder to Bus

I saw a post last week, someone mentioning that it would be nice to drag a bus in you project up into the track region, it would really only be a graphical thing, no change in the way it mixes in or anything sonic.

I think it would be nice to have a 'convert track folder to bus' option, with all tracks linked to that bus, and/or all tracks that were already in the track folder; acting like a track folder, bus it's a bus.....

    It's been mentioned among ideas here - to have the track folder part having integrated bus and also visible for expand/collapse as such in console view. Reaper has it like this.
     
    So a little different as I read your post. Everything is there on the folder, just about.
    And no conversion as such is needed - a folder has integrated bus either way.
    In Reaper they solved it with a checkbox "send to parent" whether to use it.
