[CWBRN-32857] Exception occurs while loading large RPro progam, 32 bit only.

I ran into an issue where attempting to load a certain patch, Atmos Harp, would cause an exception window to appear.
 
I initially had the issue occur under P5.  I also was able to have the same exception occur simply running the included 32 bit microhost in Windows 7.  
 
The support person read "Project 5" and assumed this was an unsupported issue.  However, I had pointed out that this error occurs in the minihost (standalone) and so it should not have been closed.
 
Out of curiousity I tried to see if it would load under 32 bit X3.  Unfortunately it gave an error saying that it could not access the plugin.

Yes it is.  And you would think that whoever was testing would have run across it.  Whenever I I first get something I usually run through all the patches.  That patch was the fifth one they would have hit.
