[Fixed][CWBRN-32907]RPro: notes hang when filter envelope velocity tracking is set above 0

When the vel_trk parameter is set above the default of 0 on a filter envelope, the notes will hang.  Reducing vel_trk back to 0 stops the sustaining notes.  This behavior is mostly independent of the amp envelope which should be able to stop the note regardless of the filter envelope settings.  This behavior does not occur for me in Rapture 1.2, only in Rapture Pro.
 
I am inserting Rapture Pro as a VST3 in Sonar X3 Producer.  I'm running in Win7 64bit but am running Sonar X3 and Rapture Pro from their 32 bit installations.

    Any particular Patch or is this with all, does it also happen when running Rapture Pro standalone?.  I will try this when I next fire up my DAW and give it a test.

    I've noticed it on a patch that was imported from my Rapture installation and also when I started a new patch with the "initialize" option.  I'll try to some patches and see how consistent the behavior was.

    Sorry Dan not had a chance today, Ms Wookiee needed an emergency tooth extraction and our TV Ariel parted company with its mount deciding to destroy itself by bashing on the side of the house, which of course had to be rectified.  Will have ago tomorrow.

    No problem.  Cakewalk support and Dan Gonzalez were able to reproduce the issue.  Support said it would be fixed in an update.  Dan gave me something to try to make it stop but I didn't get a chance to fire up the DAW yesterday.  Here's Dan fix or workaround:
     
    Gotcha, I think this is actually a simpler matter. This velocity knob adjusts what that element responds to as far as velocity data. Think of it as a velocity cutoff adjustment.
     
    Basically - what's happening is that you're sending velocity data that is below the threshold you've set in Rapture Pro.

    Try the following:

    Adjust the knob that says "Lo" to "0" and adjust the knob that says "HI" to "127" This setting means that this element will respond to velocity between 0 and 127 and allow your patch to play.
