Sonar X3 Bundle unpacks files all mixed up

This has happened a few times, most recently today. So I'm here to see what other users have done to fix it if possible. I saved my project as a bundle file and it saved ok (with a new name). But when I unpack pack it, the audio is all mixed up - the guitar track is in the drum track, there are missing audio tracks, etc etc. Why is this happening and how do I fix it. This has happened when I opened bundle files I got from my friend's computer (same X3 version).

The simple solution is don't use bundles.

They have known to be buggy in the past and it would appear you are seeing this right now.

Get in touch with support and send one of the bundles to them. That's the only way to get a real answer.

Sounds like hell is happening to you.

    Very sorry to hear this.

I always thought bundle was the one foolproof approach to backing up projects in Sonar.

That is the official opinion of Cakewalk

You have my sympathy, sorry I can't help.
