Nothing is defective. The second image shows a 32bit plug-in running inside BitBridge. To open the standard header for bridged 32bit plug-ins hold the SHIFT key while opening the plug-in UI. The standard header will open in a second window usually behind the plug-in UI.

64bit SONAR has always loaded 32bit plug-ins in BitBridge. The standard header has never automatically been displayed for bridged 32bit plug-ins. This is nothing new. I believe there is a 64bit version of the plug-in shown in image #2. Not sure why you are using or even scanning the 32bit version.
