export and bounce on track

I can set the midi track and plugin soft.
That is bounced for the audio file on track.
That is able to choice the many of track that is pushing the CTRL+click of mouse.
And It is clicked the track of tab on trackview.
And then the choose track is converted to audio track from midi track through the plugin soft.
So the track is mixed and converted to audio track.
 
And export has same process.
That is choose the many track by CTRL+click of mouse on track number.
And then you can export on file menu of audio.
If you wanna play the cd player, you must down mix to 44.1Khz 16bit wav.
 
So you can create the CD-DA disc on sonar.
