One click solo/unsolo function, is it possible in Sonar?

Scenario: Mixing with 16 tracks.. I want to be able to click 'S' (solo) on Track 7 (no problem there) and then I want to solo only track 8 by hitting 'S' on track 8. However, Track 7 is still in 'solo' (now 2 tracks are solo'd, which I don't want). What will help my workflow would be, when I solo another track, the first track should automatically be unsolo'd.
Again, my desired scenario: whatever track I solo, I only want to hear that track and other tracks I solo'd last time should go off 'solo' mode.

Thanks in advance.

From the link Mudgel gave, this one:

f you solo a track that is assigned to a soft synth, all other tracks that are assigned to the same soft synth are also soloed.

is pretty lame.

Not really; I think the way it actually works is pretty intelligent.

If you have a soft synth like Kontakt with multiple outputs, you can exclusive solo an individual output if you want. However, if you exclusive solo an individual output, it will also solo all the soft synth's MIDI tracks. If you think about it, it has to do this because you won't hear audio if there isn't MIDI data to drive it.

IF several MIDI tracks drive one instrument with an output that's exclusive soloed, you do want all those MIDI tracks to be soloed as well. As to the other MIDI tracks that are soloed, it won't matter that they're active if the individual outputs are exclusive soloed because you won't hear what they're driving.

I really can't think of a better way to implement this, but would certainly be interested in hearing about it if there is.
