Sonar Plat -- Melodyne window cannot lock contents

Every time I want to use Melodyne, it gets docked GRRRR then I have to move the Control Bar GRRR then I have to undock melodyne  GRRR then I have to float it GRRR.     And there is no "lock contents" as with PRV and EL, so it all has to be done again next time it is called.     I use the control bar to hide that word I despise and the wasted vertical space
