Still on the last version of Play 3, lol. I've thought about purchasing another EW library but with all of the complaints about Play 4, I think I'll just stay where I'm at... Regards, Dan

No complaints about Play 4 here. It's the most stable version of Play I've used. 2 and 3 were a nightmare for me.

Let me just say...I love East West products...
But they have the slowest/worst customer support in the history of history.
I literally think they have 1 person working in customer support...
It's pretty pathetic...

Ask for Joey Medina. He's the best.

I've learned if you need support, you need to contact Jay (EastWest Lurker) on one of the many forums he's on or you're pretty much going to be waiting for the second coming. It's a little embarassing for the company that their in-house support has degraded and people need to rely on contacting someone on third party forums who works for EW to get help.

He is indeed!!! Yes...the only way I seem to get assistance is to go directly to the support people I have already had contact with. That gets things moving.
