    Do you have any idea of what's added or corrected in Ghostwriter ?

    Zo, when you click the product, down below the link to download shows up...
    Right above that link is the change log...

    In the case of Ghostwrite, it says 
    • Added Composer Cloud Support
       
    For Pianos Gold is says
    • Fixed sus pdl bug in Bosendorfer
    For Stromdrum 2 it says

    Still on the last version of Play 3, lol. I've thought about purchasing another EW library but with all of the complaints about Play 4, I think I'll just stay where I'm at...

    No complaints about Play 4 here. It's the most stable version of Play I've used. 2 and 3 were a nightmare for me.

    Let me just say...I love East West products...

    But they have the slowest/worst customer support in the history
    of history.  

    I literally think they have 1 person working in customer support...

    It's pretty pathetic...

    I've learned if you need support, you need to contact Jay (EastWest Lurker) on one of the many forums he's on or you're pretty much going to be waiting for the second coming. It's a little embarassing for the company that their in-house support has degraded and people need to rely on contacting someone on third party forums who works for EW to get help.

    Yes...the only way I seem to get assistance is to go directly to the support people I have
    already had contact with.  That gets things moving.
