Platinum Audio Snap Clicks

Working with Audio Snap Transients to match up word phrasing is causing clicks when I move transients on that track.  Moving transients is working for my word phrases but I see red and blue highlighted from the change but it also comes with clicks.  Even bouncing the track did not remove the clicks.  Has anyone else had this issue, I tried vocal synch but the vocals were to far off so I needed to move the transients to make it work.  Looking to get the clicks out of my tracks thanks in advance

Unless the corrections are major, bouncing to clip should clean up the audio. Are you using Radius Mix as the offline rendering algorithm? Also try the Vocal algorithm.

I am not sure what is considered a major change but I did use the vocal algorithm but not Radius Mix. What are common methods used for matching words and phrases in background vocals?

I tried changing the radius but it did not make a difference.  The problem is for the phrase with the pop, it was causing the volume to spike and it would not come back down.  I had to cheat and replace it with a phrase that was not clicking but this concerns me greatly.  If anyone can shed some light on why this is happening I would greatly appreciate it
