Stupid question of the day: how to open a project w/o effects

I guess the good news that I haven't needed to do it for a while, but what are the keystrokes to open a project w/ the effects off again?  And this has nothing to do about the E upload, it happened last night after the guitarist left.

    Hold down the shift key as you open Sonar and as it encounters each plugin, say No.

    Hold the SHIFT key when opening the project.
