[Answered] Drum Replacer in excluded plug-in list
Drum Replacer is in the excluded plug-in list. If I enable it it will appear as a VST3 effect, but if I load it on an effect bin Sonar crashes. So I guess I will keep it excluded as I suppose was intended.

I believe that DP is a region fx, not a fx to use in a fx bin. Best of luck.

Drum Replacer is not designed to be used as a plug-in, it is an ARA-integrated Region FX like Melodyne and VocalSync, and is accessed in the same way (right-click on clip > Region FX > Drum Replacer). The ARA integration is what allows it to have zero latency because it can "see" an entire file. It also cuts down on CPU power. So, it should remain excluded.

Yeah its ARA only unlike Melodyne. However we'll address the crash despite the fact that it is not intended to be used that way :)

You know this plug-in is ripe for abuse.

Well there is only so much abuse it can take before it will retaliate :)

Oh yeah.... I wish it had a lowpass and highpass steep curve filter for precision sound replacement.

And also a full set of MIDI note assignments, not just 35-50.
