Creating CD's

I realize this is not something that Sonar does natively but it took me a while to understand how to get "track text" written to my CD's now I'm trying to figure out how to include Album Art.  All of this is relatively ease for mp3's but I can't find any good info for Audio CD's.  I bought CD Architect 5.2 thinking it would do album art but it does not.

What software do I need to do the Album Art for audio CD's?

ID3 is the protocol used to embed art in MP3 headers, but is specific to an extension of the MP3 format.
As far as I know, a similar extension for album art is not part of the Red Book specification for CD's. CD Text is, and that is what most CD's that have track titles etc. use. So looking for a program to put art on your CD is a little like looking for a stapler that will stick a picture on a fog bank.

Hi. I have created album art using Nero Cover Designer. Probably some free ones out there as well.
I see now that NCD is free: http://nero-coverdesigner.en.softonic.com/
Best of luck.

I cell those staplers cheap. Want won?

StudioCat > I use Windows 10 and Sonar Platinum. I have a touch screen.
I make some videos. This one shows how to do a physical loopback on the RME UCX to get many more equalizer nodes.

Not looking for the jewel case cover Art.....when I stick a commercial CD into my Car Cd I get art and track info.  Its embedded on the cd.  I've got the "CD Text" but can't find anything to embed the art...

You can embed art in MP3s, like Slartabartfast said.

To do this, I use Media Monkey.

Check http://www.gracenote.com/music/
And http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/CDDB

CDBaby also has a lot of useful info. http://members.cdbaby.com/faq.aspx#distribution9

Art work is not stored on a CD. It is stored in a database to which a person playing the CD on PC for example will link to (in the background) and download the data.
