[Solved] Tempo List. How can I access that?

The help file mentions a tempo list, which is what I need to quickly edit tempo changes in a current project that I'm working (as we speak, as a matter of fact). However, I don't see any way to access tempo list. I can access tempo view, but I think tempo list is what I want to edit tempo change positions quickly.
