Drum Replacer Experiment

This is only for lovers of weirdness.
 
I started out with this segment:

Then I used the three DR lanes to select different parts of the music and mix that with the original.
Then I took that render and chose three more DR lanes settings and repeated the experiment.
After 5 or 6 iterations, this emerged:

I probably should elaborate a little.
 
On each iteration there were three different samples in the three DR lanes and each one had settings such that different parts of the mix were triggered for replacement. I kept a 40/60 dry/wet mix and did a render.
 
On the next iteration I used three different samples and repeated.
 
Each time the final render was a bit different, but not so much. But after 5 iterations there was little resemblance to the original.
 
Some of these samples were anvil hits, electronic pads and atmospheres, a kalimba and so on. I used a few SFZ files from Dimension Pro (most of the Rapture Pro used FLAC sample which won't work).
 
I used a few effects VST from Glitchmachines (Convex, Quadrant, Subvert, Hysteresis, etc.) to scramble things up a bit, too.
