of interest? Audio to MIDI

A nice use of melodybe is to quickly convert monophonic audio to MIDI. I use my trombone to input the audio, then select the clip, open region FX (Melodyne). Nothing needs to be done in melodyne. Open up a synth and drag the audio to the synth track and it converts to MIDI. 
 
On my soundcloud page, the first two tunes are a hymn chorale  (abend), and above it, a realization for 4 clarinets. I think it came off fairly well.
