    Sorry about your friend. This song is a nice tribute.
     
    You might look really carefully at where the drums (the snare and the kick) fall on the grid (the timeline if you will) and get your OCD on and match that to where the acoustic guitar has its downstroke. If you can match up the peaks of those waveforms, or beter yet align them all to the grid, you'd get slightly better timing for the whole thing. I've always noticed on my own songs, the slower the bpm, the more likely the timing can start to drift a little. Yours isn't bad, but it's just a hair off in spots between the acoustic and where that kick or snare is.
     
    I liked how the organ came is in the second verse, very supportive! Good choice.
