Guitar Rig ...

Hi,

Awesome stuff!

http://www.musicradar.com/news/guitars/rig-tour-robert-fripp-609374#!12

This was his rig in the recent series of concerts. The same website has a complete pictorial look-see

Music is not about notes and chords! My poem is not about the computer or monitor or letters! It's about how I was able to translate it from my insides!

I too am disappointed to learn that he doesn't actually use Guitar Rig.

I saw Mr Fripp support Porcupine Tree a couple of years ago. I enjoyed it although some of the audience were rather rude...

Get the CD of them LIVE in LA at the Orpheum. The 3 drummers are totally out of this world. And the music was unreal! Sadly, what is on the CD, is only half the great stuff in the show, up to and including the 21st Century Fripper Man, which is its best version I have ever heard!

Music is not about notes and chords! My poem is not about the computer or monitor or letters! It's about how I was able to translate it from my insides!

Are you musically, or aurally, deficient?

I can buy you a CD, or LP!

I too am disappointed to learn that he doesn't actually use Guitar Rig.

Considering how much electronics he has used in all these years, he is probably aware of it ... the melottron was "electronic!" in this last set of shows ... I would imagine that he is aware of "Guitar Rip" but did not find it flexible enough for his abilities and work.

For all intents and purposes, people like him, kinda invented "Guitar Rig" as he has been fripping on his electronics for some 40 years! In fact, it should be said that folks like Fripp helped invent "Guitar Rip"! Which, btw, is still in its infancy compared to a Mr. Robert Fripp!
