Apogee Interfaces now include Waves Bundles

 
 
Waves is pleased to announce that the Waves Gold and Silver 
bundles are now available with select Apogee Mac interfaces.

    Mac interfaces?! - well that does me absolutely no good as a PC Sonar user.

    the duet and silver package would be perfect for me...
     
    if i could only run them on windows.

    Both those are pretty substantial bundles to get for free with an interface.

    And they're fine interfaces, I'd love that new Ensemble if it were not so expensive.

    Looks like Apogee is taking a page from the UAD playbook.  The Apollo interfaces, which roughly match Apogee's line, come with a basic UAD plugin bundle, and sometimes are offered with free extra plugins from the extensive UAD lineup.
     
    Sadly, the inexpensive Apollo Twin is not available for PC yet -- not sure if it ever will be, but at least one of the rackmount interfaces is compatible with FireWire-equipped PCs.
