Problems to install VST Instruments Soundbytes Bagpipes and EMM Knagalis

I installed the VST instrument http://soundbytes.de/BagPipes/ and started Sonar Platinum. The plugin was found (Sonar noticed 6 new), so the VST scan path is set correctly. But when I tried to add the instrument, I can't find it. 
 
The next try was EMM Knagalis software http://nusofting.liqihsynth.com/knagalis.html. After installing the VST instrument is found, so I added a new track, but when I assign the Midi In (Audio Axiom 25) all hangup and I can't do anything.
 
I want to use bagpipe sounds ...
 
Can anybody help?
