Just a JRRShop FYI...

I love JRRShop but I've been caught by one of their practices a couple of times due to my dimbulbed nature.  They don't always (ever?) send out serial number notifications for purchased products like most other retailers do.  Several times I've been waiting for a serial from them only to remember to check and find it waiting for me in my account on their site.  If you ever think that they're being inordinately slow getting a serial to you, do yourself a favor and mosey on over to jrrshop.com and see if it's already in your account.

I bought S-Plat thru them and had the same experience.  Fortunately there were enough eyes on them at the time that I didn't wait too long before checking

This does happen...they are human...
But, for 99% of the time they are pretty spot on...
It's always advisable to check your account when waiting
for a Serial # that doesn't come right away...

Same experience here. JRR and Uncle E are spot on. Never had a problem with them.

They've always sent me an email with my serial numbers. I've only purchased through them 3 or 4 times, but always received emails.

As a matter of fact, when Uncle E DID miss the mark...he
ALWAYS made up for it some way...that is why he get's
my business 9 out of 10 times...and it has to be a pretty
unbeatable price for me to buy elsewhere...cuz Uncle E
just about always answers the call...and NO, I'm not
a paid endorser...just a VERY happy customer....

As am I. I love JRRShop. But I still have not received any email containing my WAVES serial. But I got it from my account yesterday morning. Just sayin...

I completely understand. I left waves maxxbass in my account untouched for months because I was waiting for a serial number that had to be manually generated, and I just lost track of it. I have since stopped buying the Waves deals because I realized if I could forget about something like that for that long, it probably wasn't worth the hassle of authorization etc that Waves makes you do. The problem is when it is "only" $20, etc, the hassles are disproportionate to the cost. Ymmv.
Best regards, Ol Pal.

Sometimes these get sent and end up in your
"Junk Mail" folder...so just be mindful of that...
It may have come and you may have missed it...

Just an FYI

There's times I'm sure they get swamped.  I would email them when I didn't get a code and then it would arrive.
My second place to buy is from Sweetwater - free shipping and it's fast.  When I lived in IL, I got my stuff the next day. Best free shipping ever.

Chuck's a great guy...he definitely has done great things with Sweetwater.
I lived right down Highway 30 about 15 minutes from Sweetwater.  That
was a BAD thing because I always wanted to stop there...LOL
