Vertically scalable channels

So, just minutes before now, I wanted to compare ONLY the left channel of the clip image of a bunch of modified cloned stereo tracks.
 
EG :::: I want to vertically collapse the left channel of a bunch of stereo tracks.  Treating channels as lanes.
