The Lexicon PCM half-price summer sale...
Finally able to pick these up. Wow. Between the Valhalla and NI RC verbs, we're spoiled for choice these days. When I bought my first plugs in '98, I never thought the quality would end up this good.

bitflipper http://lexiconpro.com/en/news/lexicon-announces-summer-2015-50-off-plug-ins-sale Buy here. Prices shown are the non-discounted prices. Enter LEXSUMMER2015 as the discount code to get the 50% off. This brings the PCM plugin down to $49.97, 3 cents less than ValhallaDSP Vintage. (Although VVV gives you a bunch of classic reverbs for the price so IMHO remains the better deal.)
I think you mean MPX... Here are the BEST prices http://plugindiscounts.com/11_lexicon
MPX $39 LXP $79 PCM $234.99 You won't find them cheaper... BTW...this sale has been going on since January....

Pulled the trigger already at Audiodeluxe for 238.00. All around, an absolute steal. I remember drooling in the shops over the PCM80. Thanks for the tips. I visit this forum more often than KVR when I want updates.

I've been drooling over PCM for awhile.. The SSL X-Verb was done by the same gentlemen who did the Relab LX-480 and it's on sale till tomorrow for $99 instead of $329... http://www.solidstatelogic.com/music/duende/x-verb/ Just add it to the cart for the $99 price...

Sorry, you're right - I meant to say "MPX", PCM's wimpy sibling.

Audiodeluxe price is comparable to plugindiscounts.com in cart. difference appears to be 5 cents on one of the products and $4 of the other bundle. Does the PCM Native reverb bundle contain the LXP Native Reverb Bundle & the MPX? I was going to purchase the pcm native total bundle - then I decided that I really don't need the effects, it's the reverbs I want. but then there are the other LXP and MPX bundles. I am so confused. are the effects any better than other effects? worth it (I know a relative term)? All I hear about is the reverbs never anything on the effects.

The effects are OK, but IMHO aren't in the same league as the reverbs. The PCM bundle doesn't include the LXP, MPX, or any other products. It does include pretty much every Lexicon-style algorithm you'll need. Before deciding, check out the Exponential Audio reverbs, which are top-class in every way. Developed by one of the main Lexicon guys. They're also on sale right now. Cheers, Eddie

Machine....There is the MPX Bundle, the lowest of the line, the LXP Bundle, the mid line (these are decent), and the PCM Reverb...which are top class. PCM Effects are in a different Bundle, and then the PCM Total Bundle contains both Effects and Reverbs. MPX and LXP are NOT included. They are their own products, and separate from PCM... Cheers!

ahhhhh okie dokie. so the total bundle isn't total, cause that would make too much sense. if ya want all the lexicon reverbs then ya need MPX bundle and LXP bundle and PCM bundle of the reverbs. interesting. The Exponential Audio plugins might be great but man they are UGLY GUIs. ewww. and a bit pricey. I know I know it's the algorithm not the picture, it's how they work. ugly is still ugly hahaha.

Heh heh! Yeah, they're ugly. I actually liked the look of the original GUIs, which some people hated and squawked about. Careful what you wish for, people! But then again, the Lex PCM plugs won't win any beauty contests either. Anyway, the current Exponential sale allows you to get a bundle of Phoenix and R2 for $314.30 total. If I were to choose, I'd get that over the PCM bundle -- I think it's worth the extra cost. But there's still time to demo for yourself -- sale ends 7/6. And don't overlook their excellent Excalibur effects box. Have fun! Cheers, Eddie
