"Duckbar works quite nicely with SONAR Platinum.
Some people have had issues with the Mod Patcher 2015 in previous builds, though, but I haven't found what could be the cause for the problems.

I have time to test and improve Duckbar 4 days before Summer holiday. There may be one more update coming in the next days."

Thank you Panu. I am real happy to have Duckbar running on Platinum. I'm using the Reindeer scheme with no problems so far. I wish I knew this 6 months ago.

Yes. No need to uninstall the previous version except if it's very old version.

Mod Patcher 2015 got a new Load Mod... button for those who have problems with drag & drop method.
 
About mod files
New Duckbar / Mod Patcher 2015 loads new .x4mod files. These mods are designed exclusively for SONAR 2015 (Artist/Professional/Platinum). Old .x1mod files can be applied for any version from X1a to the latest Platinum. However, all .x1mod mods are not 100% compatibile with SONAR 2015, especially large themes like Dark Side, Black Label, etc. Smaller add-on mods work great in SONAR 2015, too.
 
Most SONAR 2015 graphics incompatibility in the .x1mod files is in the new control bar graphics. In SONAR 2015 there is completely new design and the old graphics are misaligned. There is, however, a workaround: I have created many SONAR 2015 contol bar add-on mods (check sonarmods.com downloads area - there are new mod categories) which can be applied after an old mod to overwrite wrong graphics resources.
 
Official Dark Side and the other old themes are released in July-August.

I was running Duckbar without incident prior to the June 30 update. After the update the graphics in the control bar are mis-aligned.

The Reindeer Yellowstone mod that says its for Sonar 2015 ends in x1mod so I changed it to x4mod and I was able to load with the new loader function.

I was using the Reindeer Yellowstone mod but every update kills duckbar and forces a reinstall. When I installed it after Foxborough there were a number of places that the screen graphics would not line up, mostly on the control bar or in pop up windows.
 
Continuous improvement = continuous installs of Duckbar. Why Cakewalk can't give us what Panu does is really beyond me, and a much bigger issue than upsampling plug ins, drum replacer, bundled loops etc. You have to look at the program interface when using Sonar and I think looks are one of it's major shortcomings.

It looks like Duckbar is a dead duck. Between the new Sonar release model and the new WIn 10 update policy we have a huge moving target to hit. Panu would have to be making continuous builds to keep up. It was great while it lasted.
