[CWBRN-34195] Set Timecode at Now yields incorrect results at 23.976 FPS

Hey all,

It appears there is some 'fuzzy math' going on with timecode offsets at 23.976 in Sonar Platinum Everett. To see what I mean:

1. Create new project
2. Go a few bars down the timeline - say 20.
3. With sync set to 23.976, use the Project -> Set timecode command to move the now time to 1:00:00:00
4. Check the timecode readout in the video window. It does not say 1:00:00:00.  Fraud! Weep.

Depending on how far down the timeline you moved before you set your timecode to 1:00:00:00, the value might be anything from a couple of frames off to several seconds. So it seems there's just some bad arithmetic in there somewhere. For all other framerates, this works fine. I hope that means it's easy to fix.

In the meantime, a workaround (sorta):
1. Set sync to 24 FPS
2. Place your Now time very slightly before the intended 1:00:00:00 point ( for me roughly one frame worked). Set timecode.
3. Switch back to 23.976 and hope it now lines up. You might have to experiment with the exact now time you use to get it right.

If anyone will chime in to confirm I'll happily report this one.

Edit: Submitted this one to the problem reporter and updated the title.

Hmm...nobody else having this problem at 23.976? I'm gonna submit it anyway unless someone can say that this is working correctly, as I'm pretty sure this is for real. Tested it several times with different files.
