(Answered) Disable TTS-11 Synth When Opening New MIDI Files

Hello,

I'm using Sonar Everett.

Now, every time I open a new MIDI file Sonar automatically loads the TTS-11 Synth. This never used to happen before.

I don't want the TTS-11 Synth .. I never use the TTS-11 synth so, every time I have to delete it and the track. I've searched for a way to disable this without success.

Can anyone point me to a way to stop this thing loading?

Many thanks.

Enable the "Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth" or any other MIDI output device shown in Preferences > MIDI > Devices

It was a feature added in X3, TTS-1 automatically maps to a MIDI file when no MIDI output device is defined.
