VSTi changes with Everett

With regards to Circular labs, Mobius VSTi 32bit plugin
I have used Mobius with Sonar 8.5, X1, X2, X3 and Splat successfully.
 
Mobius uses two .xml files to store it's UI and Config info and “HAS ALWAYS” stored as below...
Plug-in version = Virtual store Program Files (x86)
Standalone version = C/Program Files (x86).
 
As of downloading Everett (21.4.00 Build 30-x64) they have swapped locations...
Plug-in version = C/Program Files (x86).
Standalone version = Virtual store Program Files (x86)
 
Also to modify the .xml files I now have to run Sonar as an administrator, which I have never had to do before.
Anyone able to explain these changes? Thanks

I have empirical evidence this is true... (Bender told me!)
