Save synth and FX patches in Browser

Pretty self-explanatory. Other DAWs support this. You can save vendor and user patches for synths and FX in the browser and organize them. Then you could have a folder named e.g. bass for your bass patches across instruments. Click a patch name and it opens the associated plugin and the patch.
 
Prolly requested before but I typed "browser" in the fabulous forum search and it said "no results found". Nice.
