Dimension Pro won't work in playback

For some reason I can't get midi tracks to work with Dimension Pro. I think it used to work for me but no longer does. Tried reinstalling already. Other synths work fine. Any ideas?

Hi. Did you try to do a vst reset and rescan?
    Best of luck.

If you are working with imported MIDI files this might help http://forum.cakewalk.com/FindPost/3198079

Is it the VST or DXI? I've had trouble with the DXI, only the VST will work for me.

Yes, I tried rescanning vst. I was trying to make it clear that I've already tried the obvious stuff ("Is your computer plugged in?"). The only synth I have under dxi is the Pentagon, and no it doesn't work but the direct x version does. I guess I should add this is the 64 bit X3e version I'm using. Something happened at some point as I've lost all my psyn II voices as well. The module is there, it works, but all the preloaded voices disappeared. I blame the communists. I tried using the dimension with a non-imported midi file and it still didn't work. Checking the NRPNs box had no effect. Anyone know a good voodoo priest?

Do you get any error messages using Dimension as vst in SONAR? Have you changed sample folder for any of your synths?
    Best of luck.

Have you actually loaded a patch in DP?

Midi on it's own is no use, it needs a patch to be loaded

I think I had trouble with 64 bit version. Have you tried the 32 bit?

No error messages, voices loaded, no folder changes. Specify 32 bit version of what, Sonar or Dimension?

32 bit synths don't work with 64 bit Sonar (at least to my understanding and experience). Anyway, I figured out the problem. There's a cute little application called unins000 that has to be in the Dimension folder in the Program Files (x86)/Cakewalk folder for it to work. It was in the regular Program Files/Cakewalk/Dimension folder, just not the (x86) version. Copied and pasted it in, whoopee-whoopee-whoopee. Thanks for all the help.
