    Hi Rikkie,

Sorry to hear about your illness

I have just finished listening to your composition and I found the arrangement quite interesting and I was hooked until the end. In fact I'm listening to it again just in case I missed something. Although I'm not listening to much classical works lately, this appealed to me.

    thanks for sharing

    cheers

Rikkie, this is not  what I'm used to hearing from you, so it took me completely by surprise.  It's very haunting, and the tension keeps building throughout.  I would have liked to heard some kind of panning of the harp because it just stays in one place in my left channel causing me to perceive a slight imbalance, but nothing major.  Like Andy, I'll be listening again in case I missed something, but mainly because I like it.  Get better soon because I expect great things from you!

    All the best,
    Lynn

Hi Lynn, thanks for listening. I'd like to post some familiar guitar stuff but I'm re-learning how to play guitar and cope with my physical limitations at the moment.  It seemed natural to me to have the harp to one side and the flute in the middle, hope it's not to anoying ; )

Thanks for posting Rik.  I was reminded of some old Pink Floyd, actually!  Something from Ummagumma, maybe.  Spooky and tense.  I enjoyed it!

I hope you're able to play more guitar soon, as I know that's what you truly love.  But either way, music is a great outlet for your passion and creativity.  Keep it up. :)

Hi Walt, thanks for listening. One of the first things I figured out to play on guitar was "Grantchester meadows" from Ummagumma. Maybe I should try to play it again ; )

Got it! Awesome job on this...very cinematic. The flute part fits very well over that harp sound. Nice!

    Rik,

Sounds really good.   It reminds me a bit of Jerry Goldsmith's work.   Glad to see you back in action...Hope you are feeling better soon.
