[Solved] Command Center Crash

Hi,
 
I am experience a problem with the Command Center. 
 
I open commend center as an Administrator or as a User is the same problem. When open up it log in and ever thing is ok.
 
When I select some of the packages like "Advance Workshop" and hit install it goes to the new screen and try to download it but a pup up screen appear and show: "There was a problem with one or mode of the downloaded  files. Click the 'Download' button to re-download any missing files."
 
And the other problem occur when I select Sonar Platinum and try to Update. When I hit update it again goes to the new screen where the training videos are but this time it crash and a pup up screen appear :
 
"Oops, sorry!
Unfortunately something went wrong, and Command Center was
unable to recover.
 
If this problem persist, please contact Cakewalk Technical Support.
 
Click OK to restart Command Center
Click Cancel to close Command Center"
 
I don't know if this is something of my firewall or should I download again the command center.

    Hi,
    Did it a couple of times and the same result.
     
    I will try on a different connection to see if there is a firewall problem.

    jajajaja didn't get it.
     
    I guess it is a firewall thing since I connected in another place and it work.
     
    Does anybody knows if there is a service provider for the download?

    You probably downloaded a corrupted package. Delete the packages in your folder and try again.
    And try disabling your virus scanner,
     
    Either way cannot repro this should live in the Sonar forums.
