64 bit vs 32 bit question

I'm wrapping up an album project and I chose to go with 32 bit when I set my new computer up and installed X2 on it a couple of years ago, mainly due to several legacy plug ins that I adore and will never be upgraded to 64 bit. I need to recut a single guitar track and the guitarist has recently set up X3 in 64 bit on his system. If we cut the new track on his machine at the same sample and bit rates that I use and with no processing, will it play back on my 32 bit system? My gut says no problem, but I also know what I don't know, lol. Thanks.

Project and audio files are the same for 32bit and 64bit versions of the same release SONAR. There are some differences between X2 and X3 project files so expect a warning message when opening an X3 project in X2.

Thanks for the reply. I'm thinking I'll create a project in X2 and import a bounced mix to the audio folder to bring to my friend's X3 machine.
