Command Center duplicate listings? How to re-install from scratch?

I seem to be having a problem with my Cakewalk Sonar software ... getting errors, missing paths, duplicate entries in the Command Center.  This happened after I tried to run Sonar Platinum update which "failed" with some path error (V: ... ) ... a drive I don't have?  So after this error I got duplicates in my Command Center:

I looks like my Cakewalk suite is definitely "unhealthy" ... so I thought I'd just do a complete clean wipe of Cakewalk suite and re-install from scratch.  Any tips on how best to proceed to do a clean uninstall/wipe and start over from scratch?

Thanks, Rob.

To clear the product cache in the Command Center, log out and log back in. The logout is on the settings page accessed by clicking the gear in the upper right.

To remove previous installations of ALL Cakewalk software see https://www.cakewalk.com/Support/Knowledge-Base/2007013372/Clean-Install-All-Cakewalk-Software
To remove the new SONAR only see http://www.cakewalk.com/S...n-Install-Instructions

Thank you for the rapid response.  I ended up removing it via a brute force approach ... had to resort to checking the registry for "XLN Audio" and "Cakewalk" and remove any entries with those references.  Performed this AFTER following the steps outlined in your ALL Cakewalk Software link.

To be noted: XLN Audio would NOT uninstall from the Control Panel and doesn't seem to be in the links you listed.  I had to manually do a registry search and destroy for XLN Audio in addition to removing folders.

Now, time to install Platinum ...

    Cheers, Rob.

XLN audio is inextricably tied to the Addictive Drums installer. The entry in the CCC is only for the downloaded/installer as it isn't a Cakewalk product.

I hope you haven't brought yourself a heap'n big headache.

    Hi Mike,

Thanks for info, this time around I'm going to pass on the Addictive drums.

I am having trouble with the latest command center upgrade! After I install the upgrade it can't find my internet connection! when I restore it back before the upgrade it works perfectly! Please advise when this is fixed! I'm using a DLink 130 wireless connector! Thanks in advance!
