SOLVED! Noob question, can't find the answer online

Hey guys,

I've just started using sonar and I've set everything up nicely - however! When I play back recording (guitar through DI to PC), the volume only comes through one side of my headphones or speakers. It stays like that after exported as well.

This does not happen outside of Sonar x3. When I see master volume, it is equal. When I check panning on the track & master, it is at 0%.

If I turn one side of the master off (L or R), I can vaguely here the left speaker. The right speaker is a lot louder though. Any ideas?

Thanks so much for your help!
Jess

A guitar is a mono instrument so you've recorded it to one channel

Change your channel from stereo to mono.
