Seriously Impressive support!
Despite the risk of being shouted down as a fanboy, I just have to say; a quick fix for the tempo export problem in 48 hours, then an official update one week later, as well as a new CCC implementing all of the features we have been asking for. I have never seen software support like that - ever. Well done Cakewalk!

Yes indeedy, although I didn't use the interim .exe fix myself, it was good to see for those who ' needed' it, I prefer to wait for the official. Love the CCC stuff, makes things much less painful. As for software support, I have found none better than Waves, on the 2 occasions I have contacted them, 1 for a minor issue, the other for a hypothetical question regarding hardware failure and licensing, I received replies within 4 to 5 hours. But seeing as this was supplying an update/fix, and that you are both from Aus and QLD, I'll give it to you, the support is up there with the best ( most of the time)

Just like to add that I finally got around to contacting support about stuff that was missing during the SSO change over thingy, the only one I was really concerned about was the E-MU Proteus Pack, the other stuff didn't really bother me. Got a reply back within 24hrs saying that it should be there, and upon checking my account, not only was the E-MU Proteus Pack there but also other stuff like my extra Dim Pro 1.5 and Rapture 1.22 which I purchased x 2 separately, back to things like Project 5 Sonar 7 and 8 Producer and beyond, way beyond what I was concerned about, and to be honest it was all done way faster than I thought or was expecting. Well done Cakewalk support, top notch service, and thank you very much Three Thumbs Up !!!

The way Noel and the team jumped in to action was exemplary when we had a problem with drawing code issues in Everett. I'm still amazed weeks later! Jerry
