Cal or filter to fix Masked midi notes generated by melodyne?

I used Melodyne to generate a midi track of the DI Bass line.  When I play back the midi track, In several places, the sound goes blank.  Upon inspection there are overlapping/”ghosted?” midi notes and the placement silences the bass tone, but picks up again on the next note.  I can fix this manually by changing the length of the overlapping note.  But is there a cal or some filter I can apply to globally fix the situation.  I am a midi dummy

I think UnDup.cal should work for that although it's been a while.

Undupe is only really for notes of the same pitch, start time and length, iirc
