Issue with Exporting Mix Using LoopBe1

I have a project with an Si-Bass Instrument track. The piece starts with a drum and picked/damped bass intro. I wanted the bass to ring during the remainder of the track. I have just installed Foxboro and wanted to try it out so I split the Bass instrument track and used LoopBe1 to route the split bass MIDI to the original picked SI-Bass Synth and to a second SI-Bass synth with a ringing bass patch. I added automation to raise the track level of whichever synth was needed. This worked fine in the mix but when I went to export it, no bass. Since this is the first export I have done in Foxboro, I naturally fooled around with the export setup and retried the export. Still no bass.
Finally I used the traditional (Sonar) method of duping the bass midi track so each bass synth had its own MIDI track. This exported fine.
I have used LoopBe1 before in exported mixes but I do not recall if I froze the synths controlled by LoopBe1.
I am I missing something here or is there a problem with exporting tracks with  LoopBe1 controlled synths ?

Funny, I just got an email saying Scook was combining posts related to MIDI sends feature requests (including mine)  which would eliminate the reason for using LoopBe1.

I believe you are going to need to record the MIDI into the synth tracks before exporting.

I wonder if muting one synth and bouncing to a track would work? If so, then you could swap the mutes to bounce the second synth.
