[SLOVED] Melodyne Audio to MIDI problem

I'm trying to use Melodyne to convert an audio clip to MIDI, and have 2 problems.
(1) When I save it as a MIDI clip and then re-import it into the MIDI track, it is stretched - several measures longer than the original audio clip.  I saw a reference in another posting to AudioSnap, I have tried this with various AudioSnap settings and cannot see that anything is changing.
(2) Notes played in rapid succession are getting turned into one longer note, even though the notes are shown as split notes in the Melodyne clip.  In the same thread mentioned above, Craig mentioned shortening all notes to 98% so they have clear separation - but I don't find a way to shorten the length of all the notes.  (I have Melodyne Editor.  I did a polyphonic analysis first to get rid of stray harmonics.)

Melodyne doesn't always correctly recognize where notes are split so sometimes you have to use the cut tool to split the audio before converting to midi.

I verified the notes were split properly - in this case they actually were all split properly by Melodyne (although as you point out sometimes the analysis isn't correct.)

I did solve the first problem - the tempo detection in Melodyne was for some reason doubled from the song's tempo.  I corrected that and now the MIDI clip is importing with the correct length.

Now I just need to solve problem 2, getting the conversion to MIDI to recognize the note separation on short notes...

"Solved" it - stupidity at work (and/or lack of caffeine.)  I was looking at the MIDI clips in Track View, even when zoomed out all the way it was showing a single note where there should be 2 or 3 in close proximity.  However, if I view it in PRV they are actually all split properly.  Should've checked that before posting.
