Which folder to put Strum GS-2 in???

Good Morning! quick question for anyone. Just bought a new Lenovo Laptop (Windows 7pro) and setting up all the goodies. i'm having problems with the Applied Acoustics GS-2.dll file and where to put it??? i've tried c/ program files/cakewalk/vst and thats not working. (BTW, that is where the file is on my desktop also running same OS) error message i'm getting is Teleport has stopped working so i know it has to do it 32/ 64 bit something but not remembering what i did before on the desktop when i had the exact same problem

    The dll needs to go in a folder in your scan path. Your scan path in located in Preferences > File > VST Settings. The GS-2 installer has the ability to install the dlls where ever you wish. I would avoid allowing SONAR to scan both the 32bit and 64bit versions of AAS plug-ins. The dlls have the same name. The AAS installer provides different paths for each version.
