Open project with synth and effect windows minimized

Hi - when Sonar opens a project it opens all the synth and effect windows involved in the project - covering my monitors. I spend the first few minutes minimizing windows before I can see my workspace. Can anyone tell me if it is possible open new projects with all these windows minimized?
