Beatles albums.. CD or iTunes?
I hardly ever buy any CDs anymore because everything I might buy is on Spotify, except The Beatles. I have most of what I want except for Rubber Soul and Revolver. I have them on LP and I looked on iTunes. They are 12.99 each. I can get the CDs on Amazon for 9.99. Is there any reason why I would want to spend more for the "mastered for iTunes" version? I can rip an MP3 if I have the CD. I'm not sure I see the advantage.
I also took a look at iTunes radio. They have all these stations that paly something I like then something I don't like, I get 5 skips in an hour or I can buy more skips for a dollar two ninety eight, or something.. one could go broke... I would be skipping 5 songs every 10 minutes. On Spotify, 12.99 a month and I can skip or like, listen to albums, playlists, or radio. Apple seems to have a crappy business model going, unless I'm missing something.
Anyway, I'm thinking I'll just order the two Beatle CDs from Amazon unless I'm missing something.
