[Solved] tracks all resizing at once...

I think I accidentally touched a key (qwerty) and now all the tracks expand and shrink together...can someone tell me which key controls this action?

    Shift-Z toggles auto-zoom (a great feature IMHO).

You naver fail to push the Shift key and click, so All the track between first choice track to click track is choose.
You must try check the caps look key push on,that must be releace it.
You must push Caps look once more.
