    Hey, Andrew,

Great song, brother!  Well written and arranged, excellent playing and killer vocals with a nice clean, modern sounding mix.  I really like how the synth fills and clean guitar parts add new points of interest and keep the flow of the song well focused.

    Really cool stuff, excellent work!

    Best Wishes,

Nice clean mix, nice vocal touches - I'd like the vocal to be a little louder to carry it more, but it's pretty darn decent overall.

Thanks man, I agree about the vocals, they could come up a few db and maybe lower the lead guitar, Things for me to note when doing the proper mix. Cheers dude,

Hi! My name is John. This is my first post ever here. I like the song. It's really good. Just my 2 cents though. On the chorus, I think a little more of the backing vocals (harmonizing) would really bring the chorus out. I am not sure I am sold on the snare sound? But I am a drummer, and that's the first thing I noticed. It's a great song and I like the overall mix though. Good luck and I hope it makes millions.

The drums and bass sound great. I love the mix.
At times the song reminds me of the Dandy Worhols and Oasis.

Thanks for listening John, Yes I agree that the chorus needs to stand out more, and the snare probably needs a bit of sizzle, I was concentrating on getting a beefy snare but probably went too far. Thanks for the constructive comments.

I'm sorry to go against the grain with this minor crit but the drums sound like my 80s Roland TR-505. I personally would have preferred more modern sounding drums and not so dry, like the drums on Battle Not The War. Those drums are the bomb.

It is a good song though.

Nice info man, I'll be doing another mix of this song, and I'll try and use 'Battle not the war' as a reference for the drums.

Good song!  Catchy chorus.  Nice overall mix and everything is pretty clear.  The vocals sound great, though they could use just a little boost - nothing to hide there!   I do agree with Baps that the drums could use a little more "pop", in particular the snare IMO.      I'm also getting a little Oasis vibe...

Cheers Man, I have added a little extra to the drums in the latest mix and lifted tha vocal a tad. Yeah everyone makes the Oasis connection, I was influenced by them for sure.

I just love the Songs forum! I get to hear fantastic music! I really like this! Nice feel. The lead guitar gives it personality. If anything bring the 2nd lead up a tad. I would try out a more stereo separation on the rhythms guitars in the chorus/bridge/interlude for effect. I want to hear more of your music sausy!
