A Question: What were the Names of the "A", "B", and "C" Updates?

I was still on X3 when they came out.  So, what towns in Massachusetts were they named after?

Curious (if somewhat confused) minds want to know....

“Beer is proof God loves us and wants us to be happy” is attributed to Benjamin Franklin perhaps in error, but the thought remains a worthy sentiment nonetheless.

Curious to know how you chaps pronounce the latest one, as Gloucestershire was the county of my birth.

    We say 'Glosster''.

    ''Gloucester born, and Gloucester bred
Strong in the arm, and thick in the 'ead''

I think those from Massachusetts say "Glous (rhymes with "mouse")-cher", but it's been a while since I was there last.

But there is a key of "H" in Germany (which represents a B actually).

If it's roads' names on which they're basing this, I would think we're pretty fried.  I mean, do we know for sure that they're limiting this to Boston?
