CCC check now enhancements

1) Tickbox option to 'check now' on startup.

2) There is a check now button in the settings
form only. However I see no reason why this button should not be displayed at all times (except when it is actually running or an install is happening).

    I don't know, its still not coming up for me in the Command Center. I did the check now thing, nothing.  Is there anywhere you can access the update on the Cakewalk web site?
