Converting Audio to Midi

*Windows 8.1
*SONAR Artist

Hello,
Is the SONAR Artist software capable of converting audio to midi? I have read articles and watched videos that all you have to do is drag the audio to a midi track but unfortunately when I perform this action all it shows is a message saying 'Mix down Audio' on the clock/timing dialogue of the software.

I know The SONAR Producer has a software called Melodyne which can convert audio to midi with a breeze but I am trying to see if the SONAR Artist software can achieve it.

As Always, Thanks For Helping Out.

Artist can extract timing of transients using Audiosnap, but you would need Melodyne to extract pitch.
